The Role:

This is a new role in an ambitious and forward-thinking organisation, this is a key role in developing the medium- and long-term strategic growth plans of the Science As the volume of the Science Park s property and facilities increase in the coming years, there is now a requirement to have a dedicated Digital Services Manager to support those

The role is extremely varied and has different elements which include supporting internal and external stakeholders:

IT Service Delivery ESPL Internal Team, you will be expected to support the Park s employees with all IT related queries, continuously reviewing and enhancing effectiveness and efficiency whilst considering budgets and effectively managing the IT asset

IT Service Delivery Tenants, you will be required to offer support, be on hand to answer IT related queries and continuously review and enhance effectiveness and efficiency of the IT service provided to our You are required to be the Park s champion during planned and unplanned outages and collaborate with tenants on a regular basis to offer creative solutions to their IT service

ESPL Park Wide Digital Services & Infrastructure, you will be required to develop and review disaster recovery plans, continuously review and analyse the digital infrastructure, conduct risk assessments to assess vulnerability and in the event of a critical problem resolve and identify future improvements which will be considered by the ESPL executive

IT Projects and Infrastructure you will be required to liaise with third party providers and continuously review their offering from a commercial perspective and to ensure they are meeting and exceeding SLA s, escalating identified problems with solutions where
