- Advanced knowledge of illustration and design
- Experience and passion for coaching and mentoring team
- Working on complex projects from inception to completion using an Agile methodology and with various
- Project Lead
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a highly skilled cross functional team
- Creative Problem solving at advanced level
- Game conceptualization at advanced level
- Gaming experience advantageous
