We are Paradise Yacht Management (PYM), the largest exclusively crewed term charter yacht management company in the Caribbean strategically based in Thomas, Virgin
Currently, we have availability to crew on a 90 Ferretti "INDULGE II" for the 2022/2023 season as a Chef or Chief Please view more information and her specifications on her brochure:
This listing is for a Chef and/or Chief Stew, but if you have a Captain with a 200T USCG License that you can crew with we will gladly accept all three

Salary: Dependent on experience + Tips
Supplemental Pay: Seasonal Bonus Pay, Charter Gratuity/Tips (20% of charter rate is standard)

Requirements:
- Able to work 10 Months (Oct - July 31 is the season) in the Virgin Islands
- US Citizen or US Green Card
- STCW Certifications
- Is responsible for the safe care and operation of the yacht and guests, aboard a typical 7 day live-aboard charter yacht vacation
- Fun, professional attitude & live our company core values (Honor, Integrity, Seek Knowledge, & Have Fun)
Preferences:
- Familiar with the "Term Yacht Charter Industry"
- Yachting, cruising and/or sailing experience
- Service / hospitality experience
- Yacht operations; Charter preparation, provisioning, cleaning, maintenance
- Administrative record keeping and social media experience
Contract length: 24 months (Annual with 10 months-On and 2 months-Off)
