Talentry is looking for a Process Development Scientist for a Biotech company in the West Valley area of Los Angeles in the Cell Therapy field.

The right person will help implement manufacturing process improvements including: instruments, process flow, documentation, validation, characterization, testing methodologies, etc. They will perform cell0based assays for product characterization, analyze data, execution of process studies, etc. . They will also assist with CAPAs, deviations, and NCRs.

This professional will lead and train people, as well as be a technical hands-on leader to ensure CMC objectives, GMP and FDA requirements, and company policies are met.

Requirements

PHD and 2+ years.

Demonstrated experience in the area of immunology or similar biomedical field.

Cell culture (T-Cell) experience with human cells.

Flow cytometry, immunological characterization, and other similar tecchnical knowledge.

Excellent communication skills.
