Tasks

What you will do

You will be a member of a newly established team at Synera: Caro our recently joined VP of Marketing is starting to build out the marketing engine of Synera and now looking for a Growth Marketing Manager who will bring digital marketing strategy to a best-in-class level. This gives you a chance to inspire and come up with (digital) solutions from scratch.

Within the next 6 months, you will have taken over full responsibility for the strategic planning and executing of Synera's growth marketing plan.

This is how the work at Synera will look like:

• You will set and constantly optimize the foundation of Synera's growth marketing plan.
• You own the SEA / SEO space, you are up-to-date on these areas.
• You implement both organic and paid traffic models and have run both simultaneously.
• You build out and own the KPIs and budget with the alignment of VP of Marketing.
• You manage external service providers (agencies) and work in close collaboration with different stakeholders within Synera creating a best-in-class foundation for growth.
• You have a deep understanding of digital media, attribution models and all digital media performance metrics.
• You have a track record of implementing successful paid media strategies with a sound understanding of conversion rate optimisation applied to paid media.

Requirements

What you need to succeed

Even if you don't meet this criteria perfectly but believe you have lots to bring to the role, we encourage you to apply. We know it's tough, but please keep in mind that you don't have to match all the listed requirements exactly to be considered for this role.

• You have solid professional experience in B2B digital marketing on the German market.
• You have in-depth knowledge of different marketing channels and how to best use them.
• You know Data Studio and Google Analytics in and out, CRM-Systems like HubSpot and/or Salesforce is a bonus.
• You know how to extract data and how to use them for reporting and optimizing.
• You have a passion and track record for initiating, owning and leading campaigns.
• You bring a high-level of proactivity as well as a get-stuff-done mentality to drive continuous improvement.
• You are fluent both in English and German.
• Ideally, you have worked in a start-up or tech space.
