Job Description

We are seeking an entry-level Human Resources Advisor to join our team on a remote basis. As an HR Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting the HR team in a variety of tasks and projects. You will be responsible for providing guidance and support to employees and managers on various HR-related topics such as policies, benefits, and performance management. Additionally, you will assist with recruitment efforts and onboarding of new hires.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing guidance and support to employees and managers on various HR-related topics
  • Assisting with recruitment efforts, including posting job openings and screening resumes
  • Onboarding new hires, including conducting orientations and setting up employee files
  • Providing support with performance management, including conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to employees
  • Assisting with the administration of employee benefits, including enrolling new hires and answering questions about coverage
  • Providing support with employee relations issues, including conducting investigations and providing guidance to managers on disciplinary actions
  • Maintaining HR-related records and files, including employee files, benefits enrollment forms, and performance evaluations
  • Assisting with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Experience with an HRIS system is a plus
  • Must be able to work remotely
