We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Entry Level Human Resources Advisor. This position is a remote role and will be responsible for providing support and guidance to our employees and managers on a variety of HR-related topics.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
- Onboard new employees and ensure that all necessary paperwork and documentation is completed
- Manage employee files and ensure that all information is up to date and accurate
- Respond to employee questions and concerns related to HR policies and procedures
- Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Support managers with employee relations issues and assist in the resolution of conflicts
- Assist with the administration of benefits programs, including enrollments and changes
- Perform other HR-related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic knowledge of HR laws and regulations
- Familiarity with HR systems and software is a plus
- Remote work experience is a plus
