Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Ensure full compliance with GM safety and environmental standards, conduct regular tour and assessments.
• Review area score card, participate and/or lead the daily operations meetings to track key business results, manage changes and act on deviations with the suitable problem-solving tools.
• Oversee receiving, transferring, and issuing of materials according to procedure and ensure accurate records reflection on SAP.
• Ensure accurate material records through regular variance analysis and reconciliation according to plan and within target.
• Plan and conduct continuous improvement workshop to streamline the inbound/outbound & scrap operations and improve process controls.
• Analysis failure modes, propose and implement necessary process controls as well as system enhancement
• Work cross functionally to improve SAP records and transaction accuracy
• Conduct regular audits and ensure process compliance with local and global procedures, GMS elements, ISO standards, and Internal Controls requirements with the function.
