WORKER SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONSMinimum (Required):Years Skills/Experience8 Professional development experience using one or more programming languages for automation, analysis, software, or web application development. 4 Professional GIS data development and workflow automation using python programming language. 4 Development of python automations, scripting tools, and use of Jupyter notebooks for managing custom workflows4 Professional GIS data development and workflow automation. 2 Data analytics, analysis, and processing. 2 Knowledge of geospatial concepts, data, and platforms/software (Portal for ArcGIS, ArcMap, ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, GIS Web Mapping/APIs) 2 Proficiency translating user stories/user requirements into web-based applications2 Experience creating custom tools for ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, and/or ArcGIS Enterprise. 2 Experiencing managing code repositories using GitHub1 Experience with Safe Feature Manipulation Engine (FME) Preferred (Optional):Years Skills/Experience2 Experience using the Esri JavaScript API and working with web-based APIs to develop mapping applications and custom web tools1 Interface customization and styling with HTML and CSS2 Business analytics and data visualization skills using ArcGIS and/or Tableau1 Workflow diagramming using Visio, google. io, etc. 2 C# development of custom tools for ArcMap or ArcGIS ProTechnical support, knowledge of ServiceNow technology. 1 Tableau dashboarding and visualization. 2 Basics of web application configuration and frameworks. 1 Application documentation/technical writing1 Familiar with and able to work in other open GIS web frameworks like Leaflet, Bootstrap, etc.
