PTC is seeking an experienced and hands-on business professional to join the Sales Programs team.

As a Sales Programs Specialist, you will work with a cross-functional team to develop and implement
sales programs execution strategy
:

The sales programs responsibilities will consist of (but not be limited to):

Owning and executing the sales programs execution processes across various sales programs & segments, and to assure PTCs overall sales readiness
Understanding and helping to define the Ideal Customer Profiles and specific target accounts for each sales program
Identifying sales engagement channels, processes, and priorities
Provide expertise and knowledge to help develop materials & assets necessary to ensure sales success
Leading the engagement with field sales for each sales program
Implementing and maintaining a feedback loop as targets are developed prior to Field Sales engaging with customers
Adjusting the at scale execution process based on learnings from early engagements
Communicating status with sales leaders, enablement and GTM teams
Supporting the account owners as they engage with defined target customers
Prioritization and sequencing of engaging with the defined target cohorts
Regular interlock and governance across stakeholders to accelerate results, learnings and to drive best practices.
Working closely with the various Segment GMs on aligning sales programs strategy with the product development strategy and timeline.
Develop and implement processes to track field sales engagement with defined target accounts and assess progress & feedback and adjust as necessary.
You will be monitoring and measuring how the program is performing, drawing conclusions, recommendations, lessons learned and best practices.
Data analysis, project management and stakeholder management will be critical components of the decision-making process.

In your role, you will partner closely with various departments within PTC who will be key to the development of PTC targeted sales programs. You will also work closely with sales teams around the world to help create an effective expansion sales environment via a programmatic approach.
Your role will be as an individual contributor, but you will function as an integral part of the Sales organization, helping to deliver value to customers through their purchase, implementation, and adoption of PTC offerings.

Data-driven decision making:
Skilled with an elevated level of comfort in making data-driven decisions. Strong analytical skills, critical thinking, and ability to manipulate data effectively to identify relevant target accounts, performance trends and business pressures. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Effective Collaboration
: Demonstrated ability to negotiate and inuence persuasively, professionally, and effectively. Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and cross-regionally to drive alignment of various teams. Skills in inuencing business partners, senior leaders and stakeholders. Effective communication skills.

Organizational & planning skills:
Ability to plan and manage multiple projects and tasks effectively to develop the program in time, ability to prioritize and follow through. Ability to articulate, communicate and deliver on a defined strategy. Eye for detail.

Assessment & solutioning:
Ability to evaluate effectiveness of the deployed program, understand areas of success and failures, identify and assess workable solutions, and define the course of next actions.
