The MIND Foundation is looking
for an APT Office Secretary (m/f/d). We are a Berlin-based international,
not-for-profit company committed to research, clinical training, and personal
development in the field of psychedelics. MIND aims to build a healthier, more
connected world through evidence-based, safe, and legal applications of the
psychedelic experience.
About:
Your job will be to accomplish daily
administrative and communicative tasks related to the MIND Foundation s Augmented Psychotherapy Training (APT), a two-year professional
training in psychedelic-augmented psychotherapy. The position is in part-time
employment (25h/week; 5 days/week) at the MIND Office in Berlin-Friedrichshain,
starting as soon as possible.
Tasks

First point of contact
for external requests and prospective participants - Participant communication
& onboarding (email, telephone, video calls) - Communication with other APT stakeholders, such as lecturers, mentors,
meditation teachers, etc. - Management of our online learning platform & course material
distribution - Coordination of on-site trainings with the event manager and APT
faculty - Supervision of interns
- Program calendar management
- Other administrative tasks, such as basic accounting
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in organization and
project management - Excellent communication skills (in English and
German) - Relevant academic degree - work experience in a
fast-paced startup and/or not-for-profit environment - Self-responsible and initiative working style
- Organizational skills, the ability to multi-task,
prioritize and work in a team environment - Problem-solving skills
- Passion for psychedelic research and education
