Transformation Consultant

Position Name:Transformation Consultant

Responsibilities:

• Planning and promoting transformation in client companies, such as digital transformation and IT transformation
• Concept, planning, promotion, and management of transformation
• Extracting issues in the client's business and systems, and supporting the planning, drafting, and execution of problem-solving measures using advanced technology and digital technology
• Support the creation of innovative business models, new services and customer experiences using new technologies, and support the transformation of underlying business processes and systems, organizational structure, and corporate culture.
• Formulation of implementation roadmap for transformation and KPIs for effect measurement
• Training related to lean, agile, and other peripheral areas to promote the introduction of agile development to client company organizations and development teams.

Qualifications:

• Consulting experience in IT/DX strategy and IT advisory
• Experience a series of projects from proposal to planning/conception phases (identification of issues, formulation of hypotheses, strategy/concept/planning) and the flow of effects creation
• Industry and business knowledge
• Experience making project proposals to customers as a business/IT/DX consultant
• Strong communication skills (involving communication with companies and departments from various cultures)
• Leadership skills to understand the interests of a wide range of stakeholders, build consensus, and execute ideas.
• Ability to make decisions based on analysis of various data
• Logical thinking
• Deep interest in people, culture, organizations, and transformation.
• Experience with DX projects
• Knowledge and experience in technology, digital and experience
• High sensitivity to emerging technologies, services, and trends, as well as the ability to make insights and proposals
• Experience in defining digital vision and developing digital and DX concepts
• Experience in IT system implementation (conceptualization and requirements definition) or digital technology implementation
• Strong interest and motivation in using technology to transform business and operations
• Able to analyze issues in a structured manner and to communicate logically.
• Able to analyze issues from a bird's eye view and in a structured manner, and to communicate logically and clearly to others in documentation.
• The ability to take responsibility for the realization of transformation while collaborating with clients.
