About the role...

You will be the data subject matter expert who uses a variety of data sources to blend and join data for efficient delivery.

You will lead and manage the data partnerships, and the data inputs and be the resident expert on our vast portfolio.

A typical day for you involves the collection, aggregation, and evaluation of various data sources.

You are skilled at turning complex challenges into practical solutions.

You have a strong understanding of project and problem management and can promote open communication among teams to ensure collaboration.

In this position, you will work closely with our client's Client Success and Product Teams to ensure the alignment of data priorities, processes, and delivery

Responsibilities...

• Manage the data portfolio and own relationships with external data partners; establish QA processes
• Develop and maintain partner data taxonomy, ‘how-to’ manuals, and other documentation related to data partners
• Help identify, evaluate and qualify new data sources to support Client Success Coordinator reporting and Product requests
• Communicates preferred technical specification, format and data delivery frequency to Data Partners
• Lead on timetables and communication with data partners to ensure timely data delivery
• Perform regular audits to ensure quality, completeness and correctness of data at the point of delivery
• First point of contact for investigating new data issues (format, completeness, quality, skews); leads escalation to partner, where needed
• Maintain regular partner check-ins to support timely deliveries, awareness of new data features and to explore new data use cases
• Service inbound campaign data requests from the Client Success Coordinator and proactively liaise with internal stakeholders to manage data readiness to client reporting deadlines

• Near-Native English level
• 2+ years of experience working with complex data structures with an advanced knowledge of SQL and Excel (formulas, pivot tables, and linking to databases)
• Capable of owning data partner relationships and portfolio
• Strong analytical skills with ability to concisely summarize data and complex findings
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
