Position Name:Azure support SME(Tech lead)-Security
Responsibilities:
- Reviews issues and contacts customers to understand issues. Ensures customers stay informed as to the status/solution of their issue. Utilizes troubleshooting tools (e.g., event logs, and performance traces) to help resolve customer issues.
- Handles customer issues through collaboration, resolution, or escalation. Documents technical work and research.
- Analyzes problems and develops solutions to meet customer needs using log analysis and other proprietary tools.
- Collaborates on cross-team and cross-product technical issues by working with resources from other groups as needed to resolve moderately complex customer issues.
Readiness
- Attends readiness training and non-technical training to ensure that they become proficient in support topics.
Product/Process Improvement
- Provides feedback to improve products to more senior engineers or technical advisors.
- Identifies potential defects and escalates to more senior engineers to resolve them.
- Uses available tools to deliver solutions for customer issues of limited scope.
- Follows processes provided by the business.
- Attends case triage meetings and/or case discussions to collaborate and share ideas to resolve problems.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in technical support and/or cloud development.
- Technical proficiency and experiences described in the technical qualification part
- Strong customer service, communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving skills
Capacity to deal with difficult customers and ability to thrive in ambiguity.
Technical Skills:

A certain understanding of the general concept of computer Viruses and malware
- Certain understanding and hands-on experience in following Endpoint-related Microsoft products.
- Microsoft Defender Antivirus
- Microsoft Defender for Endpoint
- Microsoft Antimalware
- System Center Endpoint Protection
- Basic understanding of Azure and VM for analyzing the issue.
Preferred Qualifications:
- AZ-900: Microsoft Azure Fundamentals – Certifications
- SC-900: Microsoft Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals
