Netsuite - Customer Service / ERP Support

Remote working from home opportunity for an individual based in the Philippines working for a UK company.

COMPANY INFORMATION:

Our client is an ERP implementation partner.They provide operational and software systems advice, consultancy, implementation, training and ongoing support services and specialise in Oracle Netsuite ERP and Celigo IO software


JOB TITLE: Service Desk Support Consultant


What you’ll do:


• Oversee the ongoing service desk and managing incoming requests from our customers with ongoing service
agreements
• Support service tickets and Design quality solutions using NetSuite’s native functionality, Workflows, and Suitebuilder.
• Design process documentation supporting, solutions and integrations.
• Troubleshoot process, application and functional issues, and manage these alongside our support team.
• Grow your technical and functional expertise in NetSuite, Celigo and auxiliary SaaS systems.
• Train our NetSuite end-user customers where required and provide ad-hoc functional support on full implementation projects when needed.

Essential qualifications and experience:


• Minimum 2 years Netsuite experience
• Functional experience with Ecommerce, Manufacturing and Financial processes in an ERP environment
• Excellent investigation and diagnostic skills
• Ability to build good relationships and clearly communicate expectations with team members and stakeholders.
• Proven track record of delivery
• High attention to detail Desirable qualifications and experience:
• Experience with data migration
• NetSuite Certification such as ERP Consultant Certification or Administrator Certification desirable (certification support will be offered to suitable candidates)
• Involvement in NetSuite implementations
• Ability to write and review process documentation and design training documents to support existing customers.
• Exposure in Celigo iPaaS and prior experience in managing existing NetSuite integrations with Celigo Integration Apps
