- Installation, Configuration and troubleshooting experience on Windows servers (2012, 2016 and 2019)
- Have good experience in Server patching activities using WSUS.
- Have good knowledge and experience on Firmware upgrade process for DELL, HP servers and hardware management agents.
- Have good knowledge on windows clusters.
- Have good experience on Active Directory/DNS/DHCP.
- Have hands on experience on VMware ESXi installation and configurations.
- Have hands-on experience on HA/DRS clusters, migrations, cloning/templates, snapshots and vSwitches..
- Have good troubleshooting skills in both windows and VMware.
- Have Powershell scripting knowledge
- Flexibility to work outside of Business Hours to support any critical issues
- Knowledge on and ability to follow Incident, Request, Problem and Change Management Process.
- Ability to work on multiple concurrent tasks with conflicting priorities
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills and the ability to work with multiple geographically dispersed teams
