Solution Lead Delivery

Under the management of the Solution Delivery Director, design, develop,
customize, and implement healthcare industry software products. Collaborate
with clients to observe and understand their current tools, workflows, tasks,
and data sources. Create detailed requirements documentation to implement
our customizable software to meet client needs. Oversee projects and
coordinate efforts between the delivery and product development teams.
Provide technical-only direction to teams on user stories and validate work
completed with unit testing as needed. Identify issues, and structure and
conduct necessary analysis to draw conclusions and solutions. Perform
configuration activities within the product through the UI. Be the subject
matter expert point of contact (SME) for clients and internal stakeholders for
questions/requests/issues. Provide best practice recommendations to clients
for improved workflows and use of our software.

Location: Multiple undetermined worksites throughout the U.S.;
