AUS Policy Owner Services Operations

• Handle each request for a life change in accordance with the regulations.
  
• Ensure that all deadlines and goals for any additional assignments or projects are fulfilled or exceeded as agreed with superiors.
  
• Achieve full involvement and commitment in team activities Attend and obtain certification for the development programmes identified to advance your skills and your personal development in accordance with the schedule.
  
• Regularly carries out additional tasks and responsibilities delegated by the supervisor to ful ll companyand/or other requirements.
  
• Assure that individual processing turnaround times (TAT) are met or surpassed. Make sure that all tasks and actions are properly and efficiently documented in AOM.
  

Requirements

• A minimum degree in Business Management or any related or equivalent field.
  
• At least 2 years of working experience in Insurance Operations, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
  
• Self driven and customer oriented
  
• Rational Problem Solving
  
• Time Management skills
  
• Capable to commit long working hour including weekend and public holiday
  
• The candidate must make a commitment and adhere to AUS working hours.
