Job Description
We are looking for a candidate who can perform the following duties:
-Operate assigned machine efficiently in order to achieve production targets within set quality and safety standards.
-Machine Performance:Ensure maximum output of assigned machine/job station by minimizing machine downtime through autonomous maintenance activities to meet production target.Sets up processing equipment andperforms minor adjustments to equipment within guidelines.
-Product Quality:Continually produce quality product at required rated output with relevant specifications.
-Log Sheets:Fill in the log sheet with the relevant information accurately and on time in order to have effective process control.
-Strict Waste Control:Follow the SOPs in order to minimize defective product & wastage.
-Sound knowledge of Oven and baking techniques, tong settings. Hands on experience of complete plant maintenance.
-GMP:Abide by GMP procedures and norms in order to comply with quality & hygiene standards.
-Training:Train new machine helpers and operators to ensure transfer of knowledge and skills.Must have ability to improve the morale of the production team and encourage working together philosophy.
-Miscellaneous:Perform any other tasks as and when required in order to facilitate the production process.
-Maintains moreover, demonstrate high focus towards food safety in each action.Continuous improvement knowledge is a must.
Requirements
- -ITI/10+2 or equivalent from reputed Institute in Fitter/Electrician/Instrumentation trade
- -Minimum -10-15 Years in Wafer
- having exposed of reputed wafer machine manufacturer
- sound knowledge about wafer oven, baking plate setting, Biscuits, Baker or Cookies manufacturing or related good FMCG industries.
- -Basic knowledge of computers and shall be able to use/generate report in Microsoft Excel /Words
