Business Excellence Manager

Business Excellence:

• Manage the accuracy and robustness of the internal database
  

• Represent excellence and, more broadly, the interests of operational risk management.
  

• Research and identify continual improvement concepts, focusing on standards compliances, quality assurance management.
  

• To study as Is Process & carry out Process Improvement Projects by applying Six Sigma & other Lean techniques.
  

• Drive and implement corporate federal projects and ad-hoc s and assure successful implementation in accordance to the project scope
  

Inventory & Onboarding:

• Overseeing the organization s inventory & onboarding activities
  

• Overseeing daily analysis to predict potential inventory problems.
  

• Assure merchants are successfully onboarded in an efficient and timely manner.
  

• Performs other related duties as requested.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree preferably in business or Program or Project Management.
  

• Minimum of 5 years experience working in Project Management.
