The Role:
Partner/Senior Account Manager role is client-facing. The main purpose is to uncover Enterprise and/ or technology services opportunities and align Insight strategically and formally with the client, whether this is at the framework or contractual level. To present all available lines of business to the client and sell wide and deep wherever possible in engaging multi-level contracts, vertically and horizontally, and ensuring that all lines of business are connected across the relevant company or divisional contacts.
Role Requirements:
Experience in complex sales, solution selling, strategic account selling including any combination of hunting, farming, and partner-led selling experience
An account management resource with demonstrable strong existing relationship working with Technology partners like Microsoft/Salesforce/IBMand is passionate about how we can enable our client to embark on the digital transformation journey
Strong knowledge of customer life cycle journey, digital transformation coupled with broader applications and consulting sales skills
Key Skills:
Client Account Management experience in the IT industry and Software Knowledge
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
English and German(written and verbal)
Driven by targets
Good understanding of contracts, terms, and conditions, and the ability to negotiate standard and non-standard T&Cs
Understand basic financial rules, P&L, Balance Sheet, Cost of sale, budget, leasing.
Deliver input to Marketing to pull together and lead sales campaigns (via planning /LOB strategies) to increase sales
Ownership, Quality, and Responsibility for the accounts/client portfolio assigned
Ability to articulate in written format responses to clients day to day needs
A true account management professional with demonstrable success to farm existing accounts over a prolonged period
Demonstrable experience in selling Salesforce/Microsoft/IBM offerings and associated consultancy services
Excellent networker with experience working at Cxo Level, both end clients and Salesforce
Ability to articulate a solution, technology, and product positioning from a commercially driven business perspective
