Roles and responsibilities:
- Manage ad-hoc requests while still delivering on commitments.
- Support IT on ServiceNow reports and dashboards: train, problem-solve and prepare or build.
- Ensure ServiceNow report/ dashboard design is visually attractive, easy to use/ navigate & tells a story.

- To be able to collaborate and support IT stakeholders across multiple time zones & in all business areas, a patient and positive attitude is required as part of your exceptional people skills.
- A team-work mindset with effective prioritization of your own workload, while managing your time and work-life balance will be critical to your success.
Additionally, you will have:
- Strong skills and experience in ServiceNow reporting and dashboard creation using industry standard visualizations.
- Certification in ServiceNow area (preferred: Performance Analytics or System Administrator).
- Substantial IT experience and knowledge in one or more process areas: ITSM, ITBM, SecOps, GRC/ IRM, ITOM or Legal.
- Organized, self-motivated, results-oriented with excellent attention to detail, as accuracy and completeness of a report / dashboard is of key importance.
- Excellent oral and written presentation and communication skills.
