Key Responsibilities/Requirements:
- Rollout application monitoring tools like Dynatrace or AppDynamics across all the applications
- Use Monitoring Tool for application performance analysis
- Create and maintain specific Monitoring Tool dashboards or views for application performance testers
- Lead development, support implementation, and tune processes for using Monitoring Tool to analyze application performance testing
- Provide documentation on monitoring tool used for application performance testing.
- Create dashboards, custom views, metrics, and alerts in the Monitoring Tool
- Monitor production applications for performance, assist in troubleshooting of application performance issues, and produce ad hoc reports
- Customize and configure Monitoring Tool for application performance testing needs.
- Provide guidance, informal training, and recommendations regarding use of the Monitoring tool for application performance analysis
- Provide documentation detailing results of analysis, monitoring, and recommendations
- Analyze application and services performance and incorporate into the organization's performance testing
- Analyze application performance in production applications
Skills Required:
- 5 years of experience in application performance testing and analysis,
- Experience in designing and implementing sophisticated data visualization strategies
- Experience using appropriate dash-boarding technology such as CA APM, Dynatrace, AppDynamics or New Relic
- Experience in performing application performance analysis
- Experience in creating documentation of monitoring tools installation and configuration for applications
- Experience and ability to work without technical oversight and to lead and coordinate a team of technical engineers and specialists
- Ability to define complex problems and analyze and develop plans and requirements in the subject matter area related to this effort.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Superior oral and written communications skills to convey issues, reports, and other deliverables clearly and effectively to the stakeholders
- Experience working with large scale production application environment
Experience in Executive and Technical presentation and briefing
