Job Brief:
Seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to partner within the Auth0 Revenue Strategy & Operations team to manage high-paced projects through collaboration with cross-functional teams and track progress, resolve dependencies, evaluate risks and communicate status to the leadership team and project stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Build strong relationships with internal ACF stakeholders and thoroughly understand their business processes and challenges.
Identify, collect and optimize pre-implementation requirements for customers.
Communicate internally to necessary parties. Contribute to customer-facing onboarding content, forms, and documentation that add value to the end customer experience and drive internal efficiency & optimization
Ensure internal documentation and data are captured correctly in internal systems
Coordinate meetings between customers and internal resources to progress the PS implementation
Support Customer Success team in weekly reporting of KPIs, resource utilization, and project status
Create workflows and process documentation
Solution Architect Project Allocation and Scheduling
Professional Service Project Backlog Management
Facilitate the discovery process, estimate work efforts, define milestones and manage resources.
Manage high-paced projects through collaboration with cross-functional teams
Track progress, resolve dependencies, evaluate risks and communicate status to the leadership team and project stakeholders.
Drive escalations for customers
Requirements:
2+ years of experience as a customer facing Coordinator with project management experience preferred. Internship experience in place of actual working experience is acceptable.
Must be comfortable and mature enough to work in a remote capacity.
Highly computer literate with capability in G-Suite (G-Sheets)
Passion for organization and detail
Motivated self-starter who enjoys the balance of working independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate across multiple cultures and time zones via verbal and written channels, including email, Slack, Zoom, and in-person
Excellent customer service skills - Ability to create positive first impressions and develop partnerships internally and externally
Experience developing solutions to problems/challenges
A desire to develop and grow a career in Program Management
Grace under pressure
Comfortable with ambiguous situations and experience driving outcomes
