Datacenter Manager

Einleitung

To strengthen our Platform & Infrastructure team, we are looking for a Datacenter Manager (m/f/x) as soon as possible, who not only wants to work with us but also actively shape the area.

Your mission

You will be responsible for the Datacenter Services team and the management of our data centers and server hardware including installation, maintenance and decommissioning.
You will be responsible for capacity and efficiency management for our racks and power consumption.
You handle the forecasting, planning and coordination of data center and rack expansions.
You procure hardware and manage spare parts pools across all data centers.
You proactively initiate improvements to existing infrastructure and data center locations to future-proof Nitrado and remain competitive.
You will work with all stakeholders to better understand business needs.
You are willing to travel occasionally.

Your profile

You have excellent knowledge of server hardware and modern IT infrastructure and bring several years of professional experience in this area.
You have experience in managing large data centers and ideally a ITIL certification.
You bring leadership skills and experience in leading and building international teams.
You have strong organizational skills to plan and manage multiple key projects while not losing sight of day-to-day operations.
You have strong analytical and problem solving skills.
You have excellent communication skills at all levels.
