Job Description
Audit Manager
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to audits and tax compliance work for assigned clients, emphasizing complex and/or specialized matters
- Collaboratively plan compliant engagement objectives addressing risk
- Research and interpretate client industries and discern KPI, industry, and industry verticals
- Develop your teams' individual's independence and responsibility using technology to enhance service delivery
- Successfully delegate work responsibility, complete performance reviews, and provide continual performance feedback/training
- Maintain professional education
- Moderate travel during busy season
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 5+ years of professional experience
- Experience in public accounting
- BA/BS degree in Accounting or Master's degree in Accounting/Taxation
- CPA license or similar certification
- Excellent research, writing and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the manufacturing and distribution industry
- ProSystem fx Engagement and ProSystem fx Tax experience
- CCH Axcess experience
