ABOUT THE ROLE

Dept. of Taxation is looking for a workstation/help desk technician to assist with a workstation refresh initiative.

Candidates should have the following skills:

Workstation/laptop hardware and peripherals support and installation
End user Software installation using SCCM/similar software and manual installs
End user support and troubleshooting
Good customer service skills
Experience working help desk ticketing queues
Experience supporting windows 10
