UI / Visual Designer (remote) m/w/d

Digital Seals is a digitization agency that starts where strategy consultancies end. We are looking for an experienced visual designer to join our growing design team.

• Creating interactive prototypes (with Axure, Webflow or other tools)
• Creating PowerPoint presentations for product pitches
• Full-time (80%-100%)
• Permanent, contract or contract-to-perm; no freelancers

• German residency required for permanent roles- Start date: as soon as possible

Tasks

Your main focus will be designing original and striking user interfaces for our insurance and fintech clients with the goal of making complex interactions intuitive and simple.

In addition, you will contribute to product pitches by creating high-fidelity, interactive prototypes and polish PowerPoint presentations to align with our corporate design.

You will be the guardian of our visual design language and ensure consistency by creating and promoting design systems for our business and clients.

You will collaborate with UX designers to define the best UI elements for the desired interactions and align with our front-end developers to ensure your designs are implemented as intended.

You will advise business and clients on best practices and provide compelling arguments for your design recommendations.

Requirements

• You have a broad portfolio that demonstrates that you not only design to your own taste but to different business and user needs.
• You have excellent communication skills and are comfortable working under tight deadlines and with quickly shifting priorities.
• You are a team player who loves to collaborate with other designers and is motivated to contribute to common goals.
• You have a clear design vision and want to push boundaries in a conservative client environment.
• You have a positive attitude and understand that good design is not about ego, but about finding the best solution.
• You keep yourself up to date on design trends, best practice and have some experience with design systems.
• You strive to expand your skill set and explore new design tools, methods and processes.
• Although this is not a UX role, we expect you to have a solid understanding of the UX design process and user-centered design principles or willingness to learn.
• Any of the following skills are optional but would be appreciated:
• Illustrations
• Iconography
• Russian language
