Job Description:

Looking for a talented and experienced Program Manager with below skillsets.

Expertise in system consolidation and application integration

Expertise in Data Analytics

Have experience on one or more Process maturity assessment project and its implementation

Familiar with Infrastructure governance process across all domains.

Proven analytical, evaluative and problem-solving capabilities

Ability to track and report on deliverables according to project deadlines, established service levels, and other needs

Ensure all risk and compliance findings, deviations, exceptions, etc. are closed / remediated on time, or have proper explanation for being past due and include remediation plans.

Track progress of risk and compliance via monthly dash boards and performance reports.

Optimal interpersonal and collaborative skills. Responsibilities:

Develop full scale project plans leading the planning, baselining, execution and reporting

Facilitate the definition of project scope, milestones, goals

Plan and schedule project timelines (activities, tasks, dependencies and resource allocation)

Assemble and coordinate project staff (including project owner and vendor-partner)

Manage vendor-partner statement of work and deliverables

Manage, mitigate and report project risks and issues (RAID Log management)

Monitor and accurately report on progress of the project to all stakeholders

Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions

Manage, control and implement project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs as required

Measuring: Checking project progress toward meeting its objectives

Evaluating: Determining the cause of deviations from the plan

Correcting: Taking corrective actions to address deviations
