Job Description
Job Title: Development Technician - 141016
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Length: 12 months +potential to extend or convert
Location: Wyoming, MN - Full Onsite *Local Candidates Only
Shift/Core Hours: 2nd shift, 3:30pm-12:00am - begin on 1st shift for training (likely 2-3 months), then transition to 2nd shift.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are seeking qualified candidates to conduct testing and support roles on an afternoon & evening schedule.
A successful candidate for this role will be able to demonstrate a history of high-quality work with minimal direct supervision. They will have experience working in flexible environments, being able to identify issues and taking ownership of outcomes.

Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as a technician in powersports, automotive, or similar environments.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office productivity tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Powerpoint)
- Basic fabrication experience
- Ability to operate motorcycles, ATVs, and UTVs
Core Hours:
- 2nd shift; 3:30pm 12:00am (with some flexibility) *accounting for 30min lunch
- Potential opportunities for OT on the front end of shift to overlap with 1st shift
