Job Description:

• This position is responsible for coordinating all activities and staff within the Employee Health office, to include but not limited to new hire appointments for onboarding employees and contractors. Scheduling and coordinating vaccine clinics. Post exposure contact tracing and follow-up, N-95 FIT test, work comp claim investigation and follow-up, ADA accommodations, FMLA, STD and LTD follow up, and Ergonomic evaluation follow-up.
• Employee Health Coordinator will maintain the employee medical file in a professional confidential manner.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of Performance Improvement principles and OSHA regulations desirable.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft products and computer literacy.
• Degree in Nursing required.
• Current Arizona Licensed Practical Nurse/Registered Nurse license. Current Healthcare Provider CPR. Two years clinical experience required.
