Setting up administrative procedures of VTC
Working with accounting & finance consultants of the company to review existing and set up new accounting & finance systems for VTC.
Taking memos and Maintaining files( administrative, finance, HR, Clients projects)
Sending and receiving Correspondences
Taking part in customer relations and experiencing VTC
Assist the MD & Other members of management in overseeing policy formulation and implementation of financial, monetary, economic, trade and development as well as innovation matters
Managing finances ( financial plans, accounting, payments, debt recovery, etc.
Keeping records of all financial transactions
Generating financial reports such as income statements, cash flow statements, etc...
Data entry
Word processing
Office management
Documents preparation and Filing
Presentation creation
Answering phones
Marketing & sales of company solutions both online & offline
Customer service & relations
Other duties that will be assigned by line managers
