Qualification : B.E/B.Tech
Exp : Freshers to 4 Years
Freshers Salary : 12k to 15k
Exp Salary : 20k to 25k

Proficiency and experience in Automotive parts powder coating/painting process
Experience in Project management from the manufacturing industry in the area of surface treatment
Experience working in an International organization in the last 5 years in the Auto / Agriculture sector
Working knowledge of ERP in the manufacturing process
Expertise in establishing a new powder coating shop
In-depth knowledge of powder coating operation and troubleshooting, defect reduction, etc
Knowledge of IATF requirements for the Paint process
Ability to mentor and coach the team and lead from the front
Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills
Fluency in MS- Office, ERP Software knowledge, English
