QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, with or without Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
Candidates must have 2 years of experience as a Site Engineer.
WORK ASSIGNMENT AND SCHEDULES:
Willing to operate from Monday to Saturday (8AM to 5PM).
Willing to be assigned in Sta. Maria, Bulacan.
JOB EXPECTATIONS
Subdivision maintenance (entrance gate, common facilities, road/ block grasscutting, etc.)
Prepares job orders, cost estimates, billings, reports, request for materials and etc.
Monitor and supervise housing & land development works
Monitor & control of materials needed for the projects
Construction bond / gate pass (evaluates / recommends construction bond application, issues gate pass, etc.)
Assist and monitor punchlist/PMIC works, house inspection and etc.
Other task, as may be assigned from time to time
