ATS Warranty Leader

Responsibilities :
• Manages the technical performances of the systems and provide Rex to relevant Services Platform.
• Develops the work instructions and processes from the maintenance plan and maintenance manuals.
• Optimizes the scope and related tasks of the Maintenance plan.
• Analyses the technical performances of the systems and the efficiency of the maintenance plan and processes, promoting action plans to improve them.
• Following-up on completion of the monthly preventive maintenance tasks.
• Carry out the analysis for ATS subsystem failures and perform the troubleshooting.
• Self-responsibility and autonomy in work (Self-estimation of the criticality of certain tasks requiring proper and immediate action without waiting for a superior order).
• Improving the sense of urgency especially when it comes to system faults and problems.
• Ensuring the communication of all site anomalies and working behaviors to System Design team / Warranty Manager.
• Good coordination / relationship with the client.
• Following-up on the ATS team technically and behaviorally.
