AFTERMAKET SUPPLY CHAIN PLANNING LEADER EMEAI ISC

The Honeywell Aerospace Aftermarket EMEAI Planning Leader is responsible for aftermarket materials management and logistics activities in the region as well as the European Regional Distribution Center (ERDC). Scope of responsibilities include maintaining and improving the materials planning processes and driving execution of material plans to commitment.
This role will lead a team of materials management leaders supporting the Repair and Overhaul Service Centers as well as the ERDC team covering aftermarket parts for the EMEAI region.
This role will report to VP EMEAI ISC Operations and will be performing the following activities:
Deploy lean supply chain management techniques to leverage agility in the supply chain to support the order fulfillment process.
Achieve delivery, inventory, cost and supplier quality targets in line with the Annual Operating Plan.
Improve business working capital by optimisation of inventory whilst maximising service levels to both internal and external customers.
Align supply chain strategy with HIS leadership, Global Distribution Centers and SBU requirements.
Controls the allocation of material if limited availability due to global supply constraints.
Define, document and continuously improve Planning standard operating procedures and improve the master production schedule planning process in the R&O sites.
High levels of cross-functional collaboration to continually improve wider business processes.
Team development and talent management through effective mentoring, coaching and performance management.
Lead operating system to increase materials alternatives for constrained parts supply by working with engineering, operations, used materials procurement, and the global R&O operations team.
Lead logistics strategic plan and deployment for the region with regards to 3PL providers and deploy initiatives to improve service level and reduce costs.
YOU MUST HAVE
Deep understanding of ERP systems (SAP Material Management Module, MRP systems, knowledge of Servigistic a plus)
English (other German or French will be a plus)
Experience of identifying key areas that increase value for the customer and a framework to provide a differentiated competitive advantage.
Ability to lead cross-cultural / cross-functional / multi-site development teams
Skilled in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) and SAP/Oracle.
Diploma in Engineering/Business/ Economics
Proven track record in successful leadership
Capability to foster and drive change in the organisation
Strong organisational and leadership skills in an international environment with the ability to lead and drive projects to completion
Ability to lead in a highly efficient and virtual environment governed by the Honeywell Operating System values and principles.
Strong communication skills
