More Nutrition is designed to live a healthier life without sacrifice; it is the German leader in health nutrition & weight management products, i.e., reduced calorie & high protein fun foods and supplements. Both brands are deeply rooted in their communities and aim to help their members live better lives and reach their personal goals.

Tasks

To keep growing our amazing team, we are looking for a Head of Business Intelligence (m/w/d) to start as soon as possible. This role comes with team leadership responsibility and great progression opportunities. You will work directly with the C-Level including the CEO.

• Hire, lead and develop a world-class team
• Identify trending Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that reflect the business success of the entire company, including through workshops and frequent interactions with all C-level executives (e.g., sales, logistics, procurement, web store, finance, customer service), including the CEO
• Setting up business intelligence tools (e.g. Tableau) in collaboration with our technology department to provide real-time KPIs to decision-makers
• Produce regular reports (e.g., weekly or monthly) that are easy to understand and include actionable findings and recommendations
• Supporting the derivation of concrete measures to optimize the processes underlying the critical KPIs in collaboration with senior management

Requirements

• Approx. 3-4 years of experience in a larger management consulting firm, preferably with project experience in areas such as performance improvement or private equity
• Successfully completed studies at a renowned university (Bachelor and higher)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills as well as good communication skills
• Fluent language skills in German and English
