Head of Sales - Poland (m/f/x)

Your Tasks

• You are responsible for our Polish Sales and Pre Sales Team
• You provide management oversight to our Sales- and Pre Sales Managers to drive all pertinent issues related to sales strategy and goal attainment
• You supervise the team performance and take care of the daily monitoring of our KPIs
• You plan and direct activities including planning and implementing forecasts, relationship development and customer satisfaction
• Together with the Country Manager Poland you establish short-term and long-term goals and quotas in line with corporate objectives
• You are a Feelgood - Manager and you have the right handling to motivate your team and lead them to a solution-solving attitude

Your Skills

• You have completed studies in the field of Economics, Sales, Business Administration or similar and gained several years of experience working in a startup/scaleup (preferably international expansion/ sales/ business development) - as a Head of Sales or on a similar level
• You have proven leadership experiences and can lead, motivate, and further build high potentials
• You have a proven track record of sales achievement, driving growth and results and the ability to leverage internal and external resources to overcome obstacles and meet sales goals
• You possess excellent communication- and very strong analytical skills and the ability to concisely present your ideas in front of stakeholders
• You have a passion for winning - Never gives up in the face of resistance or setbacks with an insatiable curiosity for learning
• You are fluent in Polish and English
