Solution Architect

At Kausa, we are looking for our first Solution Architect to join our team. We are building a Decision Intelligence platform that fundamentally changes the way businesses analyze data and make decisions.

Tasks

• Act as the glue that binds the sales team with the customer on one hand and with the internal product team on the other
• Be the technical point of contact for Kausa s customers
• Articulate relationship with customer from discovery discussion, through solution building, to finally overseeing it all while the dream gets implemented
• Support customers in understanding what they can achieve with Kausa and see through the noise of current dashboards
• Collaborate with a variety of audiences (e.g. data engineers, data analysts) on technical and architectural concepts

Requirements

• Ability to uncover customer s use cases, complementarity with existing data and interactions with other data tools
• Preference for a customer-facing role with a core strength in either data analysis, data engineering or data science
• Familiarity with dashboards and relevant work experience with Business Intelligence tools such as Looker, Tableau or similar
• Ability to share technical concepts, including presenting and white-boarding
• Proficiency in SQL (nice to have: proficiency with dbt or LookML)
