HR Working Student (d/f/m)

Your responsibilities

• Identifying and attracting talent on various professional platforms (i.e. active sourcing, targeted job posts on LinkedIn etc.)
• Developing content related to Employer Branding (i.e. LinkedIn Campaigns) and publishing these on professional and social media platforms
• Measuring Recruiting & Employer Branding KPIs through LinkedIn and Greenhouse and proactively improving them
• Supporting Hiring Managers in the creation and publishing of job descriptions and screening candidate profiles
• Managing photos, videos, and photoshoots for internal events to be used for Employer Branding
• Identifying engaging in further Employer Branding opportunities (i.e. podcasts, blogs etc.)
• Supporting the People Team with organising and stocking merchandise

Your profile

• At least 3 semesters in Business, Psychology, HR Management or a related field, currently enrolled in a university in Germany
• First experience as a working student or intern in Human Resources, recruiting experience is preferred
• Reliable, analytical and highly-structured working style
• LinkedIn Recruiter experience is a plus
• Excellent communication skills both in German and English
