Customer Service for IT Company (Dutch & French Speaker)

Tasks

Your responsibilities and impact as Customer Service Agent will be:

• Handling inbound calls and emails regarding the software programs
• Understand queries and/or problems of the client and pass on to the right department
• Assign clients to right queue and handle ticketing
• Administration tasks
• Managing office supplies
• Maintain Inventory

Requirements

Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:

• You speak French, Dutch & English fluently
• You have high interest in IT & Software
• You are a team player with strong listening skills
• You have a high interest in IT & Softwared have the necessary documents (NIE/SSN)
