Our client is a globally operating manufacturer for the automotive industry and currently searching for an HR Plant Manager for one of the German plants in the surrounding area of Munich (Hallertau region).
In this newly established position, you are responsible for all HR matters of the plant and support the Plant Manager with in-depth knowledge of German labor legislation. The ideal candidate brings extensive experience as an HR generalist and has mastered the full range of HR from mid-sized HR environments and is a proactive, ambitious and empathic doer who enjoys setting up structures and implementing processes.

Initially, the focus of the position is on the transformation of the plant therefore it is important that the candidate brings a strong desire for development and change, is socially interested and able to build cross-site and cross-functional interfaces and networks.
Design and systematic expansion of HR management at the plant, including modern
standards and processes, as well as the site-specific implementation of the
centrally defined HR strategy
Development, management and implementation of key HR processes, such as organizational development, recruiting including blue collars and HR marketing, specialist and executive development, succession planning, training and personal development, and the introduction of compensation systems
Strengthening a positive and identity-creating corporate and management culture as well as long-term employee retention
Sparring partner and advisor to the plant and production manager in all personnel policy and labor law issues in the context of change management and organizational
development processes at the plant
Advising and supporting the plant manager in all matters along the entire HR value chain from the start to the termination of employment relationships, in the
analysis of HR key figures, HR requirements and HR planning
Advising and supporting the workforce in all human resources-related matters
Processing and implementation of HR-relevant topics in compliance with legal, collective labor agreements and company regulations
Evaluation and processing of labor and social security law topics and issues
Responsibility for personnel administration, such as maintaining personnel files and personnel accounting
Coordination of payrolls, etc. with external partner
Working and dealing with the employee representatives (currently five)
3-5 years of experience as an HR Generalist
Sound knowledge of labor, social security and works constitution law
Experience in working with blue collars and in negotiating agreements
Experience in talent recruitment, onboarding procedures and personnel development
German as a mother tongue and business fluent in English
