To support the team and reach our mission of a web without loading time, we are looking for a Product Integration Team Lead (all genders).

About Your Role:

Our Product Integration Team is responsible for achieving the best possible results in page speed optimization using Speed Kit on the websites of our customers.

Speed Kit is a deep-tech performance solution for personalized and dynamic sites based on novel caching techniques, which needs extensive experience with web technologies to be implemented & adapted to its full potential.

You and the team will:

• Analyse performance bottlenecks of complex e-commerce stacks & solve them by integrating & adapting Speed Kit
• Encounter multitude of technical challenges around caching & modern browser technologies
• Work very data driven based on our built-in real user monitoring (RUM) & validate implementation decisions with real user data
• Build your own tooling & automation around the integration process & recurring challenges you encounter
• Analyze performance bottlenecks of complex e-commerce stacks & solve them by integrating & adapting Speed Kitduct features
• Keep a tight connection with other development teams

Tasks

• People Lead: Support & encourage the Product Integration Team (currently 5 people)

• Tech Lead: Train your team for complex & difficult technical challenges

• Software Development:

• Optimizing the customer sites performance & boosting page speed by using Speed Kit

• Developing custom solutions to tackle performance bottlenecks, caching strategies & automation

• Developing internal & external tooling to support & automate product integration processes

• Analysis: Analyzing customer websites for performance & UX bottlenecks and/or UX problems using our own real user monitoring stack & state-of-the-art tooling

• Improving Speed Kit: Working closely with colleagues in product management, software development & account management to bring in requirements for further development of the product

Requirements

• Motivation & interest in encouraging, supporting & inspiring people
• Minimum 5 years practical experience as Software Developer with different & complex tech stacks (also including Vanilla JS, CSS & DOM APIs)
• Practical experience with Web Performance topics (p.e. critical resources, web vitals, ) as well as Shop Systems (p.e. Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Shopify, Magento,..)
