Your role and goals

As our Product Marketing Manager (m/f/d), you are the glue that ties our product strategy to audiences and markets, helping support Productsup s growth. You will work cross-functionally with the marketing, product, sales, customer service, and partner teams and be the driving force in our internal and external communication. We are looking for a seasoned Product marketer who takes ownership and initiative and break down complex concepts to communicate them in a simple way to our audience.

Note: for the Product Marketing Manager (m/f/d) role we will only consider candidates based on traveling distance of the following cities: Berlin, Amsterdam or Barcelona.

In your first 3 months you will:

  • Get to know our product portfolio and the global market, target group and competitive landscape
  • Familiarize yourself with the concept of product squads in which you will play a key role
  • Establish close collaboration with your key stakeholders to fuel product improvement

In your first 6 months and beyond you will:

  • Drive our product positioning and messaging for our product solutions
  • Develop data-driven measures and cross-sell strategies to promote product growth and customer retention
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure an understanding of priorities and high-level requirements regarding roadmap and strategy
  • Drive product squads to successfully launch products and making sure they continue to be successful overtime

What you bring to the team

  • At least 2 years of experience in a SaaS/B2B company
  • Deep experience in product marketing, positioning, and messaging development for enterprise software companies
  • Experience with internal GTM implementations spanning sales, customer success, solution architects and partners, as well as strategic alliances and technology ecosystems
  • Experience in developing compelling messaging and positioning, emphasising business value and connecting with target audiences throughout the buying journey
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with a focus on translating complex product information into value-focused, strategic content
  • Ability to communicate effectively and build trusted relationships at all levels, from executive sponsors to product end users.
  • Demonstrated experience building credibility with and delivering results for key stakeholders within your space
  • Ability to use data to measure results and inform decision-making and strategy development
  • Fluency in English. French and/or German language skills would be a plus
