Short-Term Internship Salesforce Implementation (f/m/d)

Job description

In order to continuously professionalize our processes, we are about to implement a system that will allow our sales department to focus on its core business. As an Intern Salesforce Implementation (f/m/d) you are an important part of this project and together with the project manager you will be responsible for a smooth implementation. You are the interface to internal stakeholders and an important sparring partner by

• creating and helping to design databases which will be used as basis for the implementation.
• mapping out sales processes & gathering feedback from our sales team.
• keeping an organized record of the project.
• planning and structuring workshops with the project lead to discuss the current project status and to plan further steps.

Requirements

• You are studying a Bachelor of Science with a combination of (international) business, IT and technology or have a comparable background.
• You have very good knowledge of Excel, databases and have already been able to prove it successfully.
• Beneficial is experience with process mapping tools like Figma or Whimsical.
• Ideally, you are familiar with project management tools such as Notion and Jira.
• CRM and ERP knowledge would be an advantage.
• You have very good knowledge of English and have a good level of communication skills.
• You are keen to work in an international team and enjoy implementing practical solutions.
