Job Description
As a product owner for Spacewell Workplace, you are the link between product management and development. You make sure the requests of the business are correctly translated and executed by our developers.
As a result, you are in touch with most part of the R&D team, e.g. product management, engineering and quality assurance teams.
To be the perfect match for this role, you should feel passionate about:
- Working with product management and business stakeholders to align on business value, problem statements, and customer pain points.
- Keeping close contact with the engineering team to provide them with functional expertise, detailed feedback on deliverables and product vision.
- Delivering functional requirements, business requirement documents, use cases and release notes. You convert functional requirements into user stories.
- Taking responsibility for defining and prioritizing product backlog, user stories and iterative product releases.
- Taking responsibility for an adequate level of quality of features, in line with acceptance criteria.
- Partnering with design/UX teams to ensure user stories are translated into actionable mock-ups.
- Creating backlog items from end-user feedback, incidents, and other feedback sources.
Requirements
Required Qualifications
- Min. 3 years of experience building SaaS products for B2B environments at scale.
- Min. 2 years of experience with agile processes, such as scrum, Kanban.
- Master s degree in business, technology, engineering, or related field or equivalent work experience.
- You are excited to get a grasp of the technical intricacies of a global, enterprise-grade software.
- You are quick on your feet. Transforming problems into solutions comes naturally to you.
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills. This allows you to bring your point across to both technical and non-technical audiences, of various levels in the organization (e.g., executive, management, technical teams, individual contributors).
- Collaboration, leadership, influencing aren t hollow words to you. The fact that you get to work with a diverse and geographically scattered team, suits you to a T.
- You are proficient with Microsoft 365.
- An MBA/PGDM degree from a reputed business school is a big plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Active professional experience working with IoT, multi-tenant, cloud-native SaaS platforms.
- Experience working in smart building/smart workplace domain.
- Experience managing iOS & Android mobile app products.
- Experience leading cloud platform-based products to scale.
