Senior Accountant / Finance Manager KRAKOW

Aufgaben

You will be tasked with the day-to-day accounting/finance operations of our company, including:

• Accounts Payable: Make sure we are invoiced correctly and pay our
  invoices quickly
• Project Controlling/Invoicing: Prepare invoices (together with our
  project managers) for our clients
• Bookkeeping: Maintain our accounting books for various legal entities (General Ledger)
• Document Management: File contracts and documents
• Reporting: Close accounting months, prepare reports, and settle taxes (together with an external specialist)

You will also strategically
develop our firm s accounting and finance capabilities by developing,
implementing, and documenting new systems and processes

Qualifikation

• You hold a relevant university degree and/or have completed formal accounting training
• You have 5+ years of accounting experience, are good with numbers, and
  work diligently
• You can handle Microsoft Business Central (formerly Navision, MS Dynamics)
• You like to communicate in English (B1/B2/C1/C2); Polish and German are a big plus
