We are offering a new full-time position at our NORQAIN HQ in Nidau (Biel/Bienne) as of now
Tasks
- Develop and manage a monthly social media planning and campaigns
- Create and publish attractive and diversified content on our social
media channels - Develop a community strategy and manage constant growth and interaction with followers to respond to social media messages, inquiries and comments
- Support actively on social copywriting of content
- Manage and provide data analysis of various social media channels
- Keep abreast of social media trends and best practices
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Sales department
- Attend partner events to share on our social media channels
Requirements
- Completed apprenticeship or certificate of higher technical school/university in the field of digital marketing or similar
- Some working experience in a social media or digital environment
- Excellent knowledge in handling social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin Tiktok, etc.
- Very good knowledge of Adobe programs such as Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects and Photoshop or similar digital media tools
- High level of commitment, flexibility, organisational, innovative and creative talent
- Native speaker of German, English or French, very good knowledge in one of the other languages
- Identification with the NORQAINER spirit (adventure, outdoor sports, young & dynamic)
