- Certified SF Admin

- 8+ years in Salesforce

- 5+ years Experience of Service Cloud in a Call Center environment is essential

- 6+ years experience as a Business Analyst

- Agile/Scrum experience as a Admin role

- Knows how to write strong User Stories

- Great communication skills with Business and Developers

- Experience deploying with VS Code

- Strong Experience building Flows

Preferred

- 1 past Health Cloud project - not just worked on it but actually configured aspects of Health Cloud

- Certified Advanced Admin

- Has built at least basic LWCs
