The Territory Manager creates and implements a strategic territory business plan
that will maintain and generate new revenues to meet overall company business
plan objectives. The Territory Manager will spearhead and build all relationships
with our Distribution channel partners with the explicit goal to increase market
share at the End User level. The Territory Manager plays the lead role in planning,
executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing all sales projects.

Duties &
Responsibilities:

Develop a comprehensive territory management plan utilizing time
management to balance administration duties and customer relationships.
Schedule sales calls and meet with customers virtually and in person for the
purpose of selling products and promoting Engineering and technical
service solutions.

Develop strategies to increase market share through the comprehensive
selection and management of strategic target accounts using clearly defined
processes
Maintains schedule in public calendar such that all meetings, appointments,
and tasks are recorded and communicated well in advance with internal and
external customers.
Visit end user sites to promote the brand through the promotion of our
solutions-based value added products and services
Manage expense account to keep costs in line with the budgeted regional
target while adhering to defined budget guidelines.
Responsible to gain a high level of understanding of products and services
and be proficient in pitching and presenting those features and benefits and
how they provide value to targeted applications
Accountable for execution of stated goals in target account project plans
Develop and present value propositions and business cases to help
differentiate from our competitors with the intent of increasing market
share
Promotes and participates in customer, distributor, and end user brand
promotion events
Proficient in using project management software for strategic sales plans
70% of TM s time dedicated to growing new business / 30% maintaining
existing business
Collaborate with management, sales teams, marketing, and
engineering/services to build value added business proposals
Maintains accurate, complete, and timely target account project information
in the CRM database
Prepares weekly sales reports to include key information on past
activities/developments and future planned meetings
Adheres to all company Business Code of Conduct policies, all policies,
procedures, and dress code
Perform other duties as required

Requirements

High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office productivity suite: Excel, Teams,

Word
Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Software
High levels of understanding of bearings and their function
Strong experience in all aspects of sales, including growth strategies,
distribution channel management, account development, and business
planning.
Experience with project management processes

Skills and Abilities: Exceptional oral and written communication skills to communicate effectively
in French and in English with distributors, end users, internal stakeholders, and
senior management
Proven time management skills
Analytical and problem-solving abilities
Successfully build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external
stakeholders

How You'll Perform The Role Produce molds and/or machined / fabricated parts accurately and efficiently within established timelines Handle cutting, drilling, reaming, boring, polishing, deburring and grinding of aluminum parts Handle cleaning, fitting, drilling and assembling of the tools Assist with sample making process when required Grind tools for custom requirements Know capability of various machines and related impact on parts/tools Come up with ideas for productivity improvements through engineering solutions like jigs, fixtures etc. whenever required Guide and assist co-workers whenever required Make wooden crates and pack the tools for shipment whenever required Lift and move product / parts / boxes when required Assist with cleaning up machines and their general maintenance Diligently follow lockout / tag out procedures whenever required Understand, maintain and follow the working procedures for machine shop Maintain proper housekeeping and 5S in own work area and around work units Perform all work in a safe manner and fully comply with the Safety and Quality (GMP) policies and procedures of the Company Any other duties as assigned by the Management What We Need From You Minimum High school diploma and Ontario Machinist Certification Minimum 5 years of experience in machine shop and fabrication for making thermoforming molds or similar applications Strong knowledge of different tooling machinery and its usage, including Milling Machines, Lathes, Drilling Machine, Band saw, Grinders etc. Able to verify dimensions of machined parts or tooling using different measuring instruments eg. Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height gauge etc. Able to read and interpret blue-prints or study sample parts to determine machining operations to be performed Strong knowledge of welding and brazing. Able to work accurately and efficiently with minimal supervision Should possess own basic tools Good English communications skills (verbal and written)
